Service Availability¶
Blockchain services provided "as is" without uptime guarantees during testnet/beta.
Prohibited Use¶
You may not use Garuda Chain for:
- Money laundering or sanctions evasion
- Unauthorized access to systems
- Spam or RPC abuse
Limitation of Liability¶
Garuda Chain Foundation is not liable for losses from:
- Lost seed phrases
- Smart contract bugs pre-audit
- Network forks or validator failures
